Russell Paine, FIH

Founder & CEO, NEXT Hospitality

Russell has been in the development consultancy and management side of the restaurant and luxury hotel industry for over 20 years, he now focuses a passionate, creative as well as dynamic yet balanced approach to NEXT Hospitality founded in 2012.


After Russell successfully completed his Hotel Management Studies in England he went on to work with some of the finest hotel groups in the world located in Asia Pacific and Europe such as Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong & Macau, Gleneagles Hotel Scotland, Claridges London, St. Regis Beijing, Dusit International, Ritz-Carlton Bali and Peninsula Group followed by studies at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.


Russell’s last position in the luxury hotel industry was Corporate – Director of Food & Beverage for Europe with Hilton Worldwide charged with responsibility for all food and beverage operations for new and existing hotels in Eastern Europe, Turkey, Israel and Russia, responsible for Hilton International, Conrad Hotels and Resorts, Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts and all mid range brands.


Prior to Hilton Worldwide Russell was Group Director of Food and Beverage for Marco Polo Hotels, Asia Pacific responsible for food and beverage operations for new and existing hotels in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the Philippines.


Notably, in recognition of Russell’s commitment to professionalism over the years within senior leadership roles as well as good standing in the luxury hospitality industry, in 2009 he was elected a ‘Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality’ which is the highest honour awarded by the institute. The Institute of Hospitality is based in London and has a professionally recognised and respected network established around the globe.


Jane Maciver

Lead Interior Design Consultant

A passionate & creative interior designer with 15 years of professional experience in producing detailed and diverse f&b projects. After receiving a degree in Interior Design at Glasgow School of Art, Jane has worked for a number of award winning, UK based commercial interior design studios.Prior to joining the NEXT team, Jane spent 10 years as a senior interior design consultant, delivering projects internationally across a commercial scope, from revered luxury brands to the boutique and independent.


She then went on to set up her own London based design studio, My Little Eye.Previous clients have included, InterContinental Hotels, Marriott, Hyatt, Four Seasons and most recently, Princi. From her London studio, Jane works closely with f&b concepts to ensure clients receive an informed and rational offering, worked out in great detail, along-side the aesthetic design process.


Having spent her career to date studying culture, design, local and global food and drink trends, service, sound, lighting and uniform – her holistic approach to f&b design provides focus and detail on all elements critical to the pursuit of providing a premium customer experience and optimising client revenue.

Jirawat Ampornsangtong

Restaurant Concept Developer

A key team member and a well-respected leader in restaurant and bar concept development. A graduate from the well renowned Dusit Thani College in Bangkok, Thailand. A hands on professional with a high focus on attention to detail, innovation, creation and global market and trend knowledge.


Having worked with some of the leading global names in luxury hospitality such as Dusit International, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International, Khun Jirawat brings a wealth of creative and operational background to NEXT Hospitality Group.


Now involved in many high-profile projects in multiple regions, with a focus on F&B market research, competitor analysis, trend studies, client relations, project management, F&B concept creation and development, creation of F&B strategies, financial analysis and projections, space planning layouts, reviews and support with pre and post opening activates.

Liam Lambert

Strategic Advisor

A leading global luxury hotelier and graduate from Harvard Business School, Liam has lead the top luxury hotel groups spanning a career of 30 years on four continents with style and precision.


Prior to setting up and running his own highly successful hospitality consultancy now based out of London, Liam held the following leadership roles with leading luxury hotel groups; Chief Operating Officer Corinthia Hotels, President Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Director of Operations Europe, Middle East & Africa Mandarin Oriental Hotels & Resorts and General Manager roles with Mandarin Oriental and Excelsior Hong Kong and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London.


In the role of Strategic Advisor Liam brings a vast wealth of tactical knowledge to support NEXT Hospitality Group in an advisory role which will in turn ensure NEXT delivers total quality in it’s endeavors, high attention to detail and client satisfaction, ensuring NEXT continues to create leading restaurant and bar concepts and consultancy around the globe. In line with NEXT values Liam creates excellence without compromise, building a strong foundation of knowledge, experience and passion which is highly valued by NEXT and our valued clients around the globe.

Naruemon Boonya

Director Of Business Development

A dynamic, passionate and outgoing talent with a natural ability for human relations. Fluent in English and Thai (her mother tongue), Naruemon graduated with a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the regionally renown Rajamagala University in Bangkok, Thailand.  Naruemon has previously experience in the world of public relations, television channel 3 and media in Thailand with such companies as BEC-TERO Entertainment Group and Television Channel 3.


Naruemon has also solid hospitality experience working in guest relation management roles within luxury international branded hotels. Naruemon joined NEXT Hospitality with a focus for the commercial development of NEXT, working on high-end projects such as the new Waldorf Astoria Bangkok alongside with developing luxurious concepts for brands by NEXT such as 1823 Tea Lounge by Ronnefeldt and the Riedel Wine Bar & Cellar (both located in in Bangkok).


Currently serving as Director of Business Development, as well Naruemon also looks after social media and networking, Naruemon helps create total client satisfaction whilst and managing the public relations and sales process ensuring a seamless process in all areas.

David Blowers

Brand Design Director

David has been in the branding and graphic design industry for more than 30 years and takes pride in focusing on unearthing the true essence of a brand through creative and thoughtfully constructed design.


After his MA in Communications at City University of London David worked for eight years with esteemed PR and design companies in the UK, where he honed his skills and developed a solid.
Understanding of corporate and visual branding.


David has been proud to have worked with esteemed hotel partners all over the world. Major branding projects include those with Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Rosewood, Intercontinental, Mandarin Oriental, Accor and Sukhothai, just to name a few.


Partnering with NEXT Hospitality Group has been a seamless and logical step for David, who has worked closely with Russell Paine for many years. David helps NEXT clients by providing quality integrated branding solutions from the outset of a project to seamlessly take a new venue from conception to launch.
